Job description

I am looking for a responsible candidate who would join IT support team to assist company users all over the world! All done from Brno by phone, mail or remote access! Issues consists of general company complications, like network, mobile, A/V or web conferencing troubleshooting.

The job will be to assist globally to your colleagues, solving simple problems and tasks, like:

– system, service maintenance using various business systems

– Identification, isolation and solution for the problem

– use ticketing system to record, process and/or escalate the problem to correct team

– account administration – forgotten passwords or passwords not working due CAPS locks on and similar

– helping out that nice girl from that department to install a printer or other devices

– basic technical support documentation – preparing and keeping up-to-date

– and creating documents (not only) for dummies (end-user help sheets)


– Basic IT knowledge (MS Office 2007, MS Office 365)

– English AND Czech OR Slovak language is mandatory

– Very good communication skills

– able to cooperate, a real team player

– resistant to stress (Nerves Of Steel)


* Graduate from Technical University prefered, not mandatory
