A worldwide known e-commerce company is expanding its risk management team by a German-speaking member who wants to start a career in financial sector while communicating with customers.
Rather than having experience, you should have fluent German and be motivated to excel at the position.

Your responsibilities will include:

– Communicating with different stakeholders
– Controlling incoming transactions
– Analysing patterns and decreasing the number of frauds
– Supporting other risk management related departments
– Assisting with process improvements
– Participating in a variety of projects


– Fluency in German and English (min. C1)
– Great communication skills
– Detail-oriented customer-centred approach
– Skill-set combining discipline, proactivity and flexibility
– Previous experience in customer service and interest in e-commerce is advantageous
