Job description


Will manage the whole transport operations of the company consisting of two transport divisions

Will be setting KPI´s and oversee / ensure that all targets are met and that loads are dispatched within the restricted timings by the teams

Will supervise and interact daily operations together with your teams, carrying out the workload, customers needs and available resources

Will be responsible for ensuring all dispatch activities are properly assigned by the teams and they create an atmosphere of continuous improvement and create ‘getting-things-done-right-the-first-time’ mentality

Will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the teams by selecting, developing and evaluating staff

Will be responsible for training of staff in proper work methods, quality standards and subscriber / customer relations

Notify corporate management of dispatch and operation activities and issues

Will be responsible for the monitoring of assigned budgets

Will be responsible for analysing the needs of the operational and dispatch departments and establishing priorities

Will closely cooperate with HR department in regards to recruitment and selection of blue and white collars



Min. 5 years experience in similar function and responsibility

Min. 10 years experience in logistics

Logistic background with a high degree of understanding in a wide variety of transport

Customizable, communicate diplomatically and tactfully

Management and organizational skills

Improvement oriented and stress resistant

Results oriented, team-oriented and decisive

Fluent written and spoken Czech and English is a must

Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
