Job description

An international travel company headquartered in Berlin seeks new members of their customer support team!

Working in both English and German languages, successful candidates will play a key role in providing excellent advice and support to customers, including:
– handling flight bookings and rechedulings
– answering questions related to air travel and the company’s website
– Liasing with airlines and airports to ensure customers’ needs are met

Requirements

Excellent knowledge of both English and German.
Good communication skills and computer literacy.
Great interpersonal and team skills.
Shift services from Monday to Sunday between 06:00 and 23:00
Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
