An international travel company headquartered in Berlin seeks new members of their customer support team!

Working in both English and German languages, successful candidates will play a key role in providing excellent advice and support to customers, including:
– handling flight bookings and rechedulings
– answering questions related to air travel and the company’s website
– Liasing with airlines and airports to ensure customers’ needs are met

-Excellent knowledge of both English and German.
-Good communication skills and computer literacy.
-Great interpersonal and team skills.
-Shift services from Monday to Sunday between 06:00 and 23:00
-Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
