Are you a German speaker looking for a work-form-home position in the Czech Republic?

An international travel company is looking for motivated candidates for a home office travel consultancy role.

As a member of the team, you’ll be responsible for providing an excellent level of customer service in both English and German – helping to arrange flights, handle bookings and other general enquiries.

For those looking for further flexibility, there is the possibility of switching to part-time work after six months of employment.

In order to be eligible for the role, you will need to have a fast internet connection (min. 16/10 mbps) and be the owner of a smartphone. Training will be based at the company offices in the centre of Brno, lasting around ten weeks.

Requirements

Excellent knowledge of both English and German
Good communication skills
Computer literacy
Great interpersonal and team skills
Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
