Job description

Home Office position for candidates with excellent German and English skills are being sought for an international travel company in Brno.

You will need to have fast internet connection (min. 16/10 mbps) and be owner of a smartphone. We
contribute for the internet connection in the amount of 500 CZK brutto per month
and provide financial support when travelling to the office for monthly training, refreshers, meetings etc.

You will also need to attend the training (10 weeks) in person, at our offices in the center of Brno.

As part of a diverse, international team, you’ll be responsible for providing an excellent level of customer service in both languages – helping to arrange flights, handle bookings and other general enquiries.

Possibility of doing part-time after the first 6 months of employment. High level of quality and skills, as well as fulfilment of other performance criteria is required. The request has to be approved by responsible Lead Team Leader.


Excellent knowledge of both English and German
