Overview

We are currently looking for a General Administrative to provide support for our office in Prague Airport. This position is responsible for providing day to day operational assistance to the sales forces as well as overseeing all office administration duties.

 

Responsibilities Include:

• Reconciliation revenues vs cash-in vs Fiscal reports (cash machine books and Z reports)

• Fulfilling and sending daily fiscal closure collection activities

• Manage cash-with rowing and cash collection activities

• Collect mail and documents sent to Truestar representative offices

• Logistic support to sales force (raw materials collecting and storage)

• Ensure compliance with airport contract in term of cleaning and fire prevention at the operations area

• Operations report collecting and interacting with HR consultants about HR events

• Recruitment process

•Payroll data collecting and data base management. Communicate HR payroll data to HR consultants

• Manage, organize and report portage service.

 

Requirements:

• High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent

• Demonstrate experience in back office activities

• IT competences : internet browser, excel basic management

• Fluent Czech speaker, fluent English speaker and preferred also other language skills (Spanish, French, Russian….)

• Proactive attitude , attention to detail and problem solving skills

• Ability to multi-task in fast-paced dynamic environment
