Job description

     You will use internal systems to process payments coming from the clients through platform to financial institutions. The main communication (English) will be via e-mail and phone.

     We need you to set up priorities, keep proper records, documentation and process the requests in our internal system; we will show you what you need to do.

     In case you get stuck, communicate with Operations to assist you with queries or other problems. We prefer learners willing to develop their skills in order to become a specialist in the area. Attention to detail and precise work are very much desired.

– Basic EXCEL skill required

English able to use on daily basis

– Willing to learn, positive mind

– Ability to understand company culture and work with deadlines

– Good organization skills

– Experience i customer service or financial company (banking, finance, loans) is not necessary, but considered a plus
