Overview

The Procurement Finance Analyst supports the Procurement team with the goal of driving financial excellence through robust reporting, business analysis, and system development. The Procurement Finance Analyst will provide key analytical support and subject matter expertise regarding all financial aspects of procurement.

Job description

    • Subject matter expert for the Global Savings Tracking Tool (GSTT), ensuring accurate and compliant savings tracking
    • Train and support colleagues on GSTT usage, including troubleshooting and bulk uploads/updates
    • Coordinate with project owners to keep GSTT projects up to date for accurate reporting
    • Represent the business group in cross-BG GSTT admin forums and support system improvements
    • Support the Director with procurement budgeting, month-end savings, and MMR reporting
    • Develop and enhance reporting solutions; identify automation and data improvement opportunities
    • Maintain and validate key procurement data (rebates, payment terms, deferrals)
    • Collaborate with category and finance stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and resolve queries
    • Ensure adherence to P+ Savings guidelines and uphold procurement finance standards

    Requirements

    • 3–5 years experience in procurement, procurement analytics, FP&A, commercial finance, or supply chain
    • Bachelor’s level degree in finance, business, or related field
    • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Power Query, Power Automate, Power BI) and comfortable working with large datasets and multiple system
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
    • Strong problem solving, analytical, planning, time management and project management skills
    • Ability to create productive and collaborative relationships across the organisation, resolving differences to work toward common goals
    • Attention to detail and process-improvement mindset.
