Overview

We are seeking an experienced Procurement professional to lead strategic sourcing activities across Professional Services, HR, IT, and Travel categories within the EMEA region. This interim role offers the opportunity to manage high-value procurement projects, drive supplier performance, and collaborate with senior stakeholders across multiple business functions.

Job description

  • Lead strategic sourcing and procurement projects across EMEA across HR, IT, Travel, and Professional Services categories
  • Manage supplier relationships and drive cost optimization initiatives
  • Lead complex contract negotiations and commercial discussions
  • Oversee preferred supplier programs, particularly within temporary labor and recruitment services
  • Support stakeholders on initiatives related to HR services, payroll, IT software, and travel management
  • Monitor budgets, savings targets, and procurement performance
  • Collaborate with global procurement teams to ensure alignment with category strategies and best practices

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Procurement or Supply Chain
  • Strong experience in category management and strategic sourcing
  • Proven experience managing indirect procurement categories, including HR, IT, Travel, and Professional Services
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Fluent English and the ability to work independently in an international environment
