We’re looking for SAP FI/CO professionals with consulting experience or a strong technical-functional SAP background. Rather than a key-user or accountant position, this role focuses on translating business requirements into SAP solutions, system configuration, stakeholder management, and guiding clients through SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives.

Job description

  • Participate in local and international SAP FI/CO implementation, rollout, and transformation projects.
  • Partner directly with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into SAP FI/CO solutions.
  • Lead workshops, process discussions, and requirement-gathering sessions with finance and controlling stakeholders.
  • Analyze and optimize finance and controlling processes using SAP best practices.
  • Design, configure, and customize SAP FI/CO solutions to meet business needs.
  • Support end-to-end project activities, including testing, defect resolution, cutover, and go-live support.
  • Provide functional expertise for SAP S/4HANA Finance transformation initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams, developers, and integration consultants to deliver successful solutions.
  • Prepare functional specifications, project documentation, and user training materials.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them maximize the value of their SAP Finance landscape.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience as an SAP Consultant, Business Analyst, or SAP Functional Specialist within one or more modules, preferably FI/CO.
• Proven experience in SAP configuration, solution design, business process analysis, or implementation projects.
• Understanding of end-to-end Finance and Controlling processes and their translation into SAP solutions.
• Interest in developing broader expertise across ERP systems and business transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Client-oriented mindset with the ability to lead discussions, workshops, and requirements-gathering sessions.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Professional proficiency in Czech or Slovak is required.
• Strong English communication skills are essential for effective collaboration within an international business environment.

Please note: this is NOT an accounting, bookkeeping, or SAP key-user role. We are seeking professionals who can analyze business requirements, design SAP solutions, and work directly with clients on transformation projects.
