Job description

  • Review and approve Development Funds proposals in line with partner strategy and business priorities
  • Manage day-to-day Development Funds operations and ensure timely and accurate processing of requests
  • Support global and regional stakeholders with process guidance, governance rules and program requirements
  • Act as the main point of contact for Development Funds-related questions and issue resolution
  • Monitor fund allocation, spending and partner balances while identifying discrepancies and potential risks
  • Maintain reports, trackers and documentation to support governance and decision-making
  • Collaborate with international teams on process improvements, exceptions and operational initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes and increase efficiency across Development Funds program

Requirements

  • Fluent English
  • 1-3 years of experience in operations, project management, fund management, sales, marketing or a related field
  • Analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Ability to review information, assess risks and make sound decisions
  • Stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem solving
  • Confidence working with reports, trackers, budgets and operational data
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with global teams
