Are you passionate about recruitment? For our global client, we are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join the team in Prague for a 6-month contract. This is an exciting opportunity to drive innovative recruitment strategies and make a real impact across the EMEA region.

Job description

Lead the end-to-end recruitment cycle across EMEA, implementing innovative strategies and managing offers.

Act as a trusted Talent Advisor, coaching and guiding hiring managers and HR partners.

Translate business insights into actionable recruiting strategies, leveraging market knowledge and data analytics tools (e.g., LinkedIn Insights).

Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience, turning stakeholders into brand ambassadors.

Source top talent proactively using direct methods: LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and advertising.

Embrace digital tools, automation, and data-driven decision-making to optimize recruitment processes.

Participate in regional and global Talent Acquisition projects, expanding your professional network.

Stay compliant with local regulations and recruitment best practices.

Requirements

3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, managing complex and niche roles.

Experience with Workday Recruit, HireScore (advantageous).

In-house and regional/cluster recruitment experience preferred.

Fluent English; additional EMEA languages are a plus.

Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

A collaborative team player with a global mindset.

Comfortable with data analytics, automation, and digital tools.

Resilient, persistent, and able to navigate ambiguity.
