This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Jobspin International s.r.o. collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from Users, Data Subjects, (each, a "User" “Data Subject”) of the Jobspin.cz website ("Site"). We may use information in the aggregate to understand how our Users as a group use the services and resources provided on our Site.
- To process invoices
We may use the information Users provide about themselves when placing an order only to provide service to that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to provide the service.

To send Users information they agreed to receive about topics we think will be of interest to them.
- To send emails to Users that give us specific consent by ticking a special filed in registration form, namely attendees at Jobspin Job Fairs, seminars and other events Jobspin International s.r.o. organizes to inform them about upcoming events

We may use the email address to send them information and updates pertaining to their order. If User decides to opt-in to our mailing list, they will receive emails that may include company news, updates, related product or service information, etc. If at any time the User would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email.

RETENTION PERIOD OF COLLECTED DATA

We retain the collected personal data in our system over a maximum period necessary with respect to the purpose for which your personal data were collected, maximum 2 years from granting the consent provided that the data subject does not explicitly withdraw the consent before the expiry of this period.

AUDIOVISUAL MATERIAL - VISITORS AT JOBSPIN JOB FAIRS, SEMINARS

Please note that photos and videos might be taken during our events. If you sign up for the event either online or at the gate, you give us a consent to be photographed and filmed. We might be using the visual material for the future promotion of our events and services.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

Jobspin International s.r.o. has the discretion to update this privacy policy at any time. When we do, we will post a notification on the main page of our Site and send you an email.
