Overview
We are looking for an R2P Specialist with French to join our team in Prague. In this role, you will act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and suppliers, supporting the end-to-end requisition-to-pay process.
You will handle inquiries related to purchase requisitions (PR), purchase orders (PO), invoices, payments, and vendor management via phone, chat, and email while ensuring a high level of customer service.
Job description
- Assist internal users and suppliers with R2P-related requests
- Investigate and resolve issues involving invoices and purchase orders
- Collaborate with internal departments and communicate with French-speaking suppliers
- Ensure adherence to company policies, internal controls, and agreed service levels
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within procurement and finance operations
- Create and manage purchase orders, monitor deliveries, and proactively address any issues
Requirements
- Fluent French and English
- 1–2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, accounts payable, or a related field
- Understanding of purchasing processes, AP procedures, and basic contract negotiation principles
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail
