Overview

We are looking for an R2P Specialist with French to join our team in Prague. In this role, you will act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and suppliers, supporting the end-to-end requisition-to-pay process.

You will handle inquiries related to purchase requisitions (PR), purchase orders (PO), invoices, payments, and vendor management via phone, chat, and email while ensuring a high level of customer service.

Job description

  • Assist internal users and suppliers with R2P-related requests
  • Investigate and resolve issues involving invoices and purchase orders
  • Collaborate with internal departments and communicate with French-speaking suppliers
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, internal controls, and agreed service levels
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives within procurement and finance operations
  • Create and manage purchase orders, monitor deliveries, and proactively address any issues

Requirements

  • Fluent French and English
  • 1–2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, accounts payable, or a related field
  • Understanding of purchasing processes, AP procedures, and basic contract negotiation principles
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail
