With a long presence in the European market and a stable organizational structure, the company is now looking for a detail‑oriented and proactive HR Administrator. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people‑related processes, supporting HR operations, and ensuring smooth employee administration.

You will work in a multicultural environment and actively use Czech and English; Russian is a strong advantage.

Job description

  • Support HR colleagues in managing the full employee life cycle (from onboarding to offboarding)
  • Prepare employment contracts, amendments, agreements, and termination documentation
  • Assist with monthly payroll preparation and support the annual tax process
  • Process and monitor monthly attendance records
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date employee files
  • Support visa, work permit, and onboarding processes
  • Administer and manage employee benefit programs
  • Provide daily HR support to employees, managers, and HR colleagues
  • Respond to employee inquiries related to HR topics
  • Prepare HR‑related reports for management and the accounting team
  • Apply and interpret company HR policies to ensure consistent implementation across the organization
  • Support the HR Generalist and act as a backup when needed
  • Participate in improving internal HR processes
  • Ensure compliance with labor law and internal company policies
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of Czech labor law or strong interest in learning it
  • Understanding of HR administration processes or relevant education
  • Good knowledge of Czech and English; Russian is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to prioritize
  • Willingness to learn and develop in the HR field
  • Good communication skills and a friendly, helpful attitude
  • Team player with a proactive and responsible approach
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work in an organized manner
  • Flexibility and reliability
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
