Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and quality-driven problem solver for the position of HR Consultant for our client, a multinational enterprise software corporation operating worldwide to facilitate processes between our client and external payroll vendors in the EMEA region.

Job description

  • Be a single point of contact for internal payroll vendors and cooperate with external payroll providers to ensure smooth payroll operations.
  • Cooperate with stakeholders internally on payroll related tasks and daily operational work across multiple countries.
  • Generating reports from the internal systems and performing control check and distributing reviewed reports to internal stakeholders
  • Set up and maintain payroll controls and documentation procedures
  • Regularly review operational tasks, processes and make recommendations for improvements
  • Ensure and adhere to compliance regulations, guidelines and governance
  • Initiate and drive forward process improvement discussions and coordinate cooperation of involved stakeholders across the organization
  • Support delivery of business-led projects and transformation initiatives

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years working experience in payroll administration or HR in a corporate environment
  • Fluent English is a must
  • Fluent Spanish is a plus
  • Ability to cooperate remotely in international teams
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • Experience working with CRM or HR management systems
  • Experience working with a ticketing system
