One of our major clients, a multinational company leading innovations in online retailing, cloud computing and digital streaming, is now looking for an HR administrator to assist employees with job accommodation and workplace adjustment. Job description

  • Processing job accommodation and workplace adjustment cases based on laws and regulations applicable to each respective country
  • Cooperating on individual tasks belonging to a case with colleagues
  • Coordinating the job accommodation process and actively managing cases end to end
  • Communicating with respective stakeholders including case managers, employees making requests and respective internal departments
  • Educating employees and HR on complicated aspects of the return to work, accommodation, and complex case processes

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in HR administration
  • Experience working with MS Office package and a ticketing system
  • Proficiency in English
  • Ability to work full time with a 6 months contract
