Are you passionate about HR data, systems and process improvement? We are looking for an HR Data Analyst to play a key role in improving HR data quality and supporting an HR systems transformation.

Job description

  • Ensure accurate and high-quality HR data
  • Maintain and update employee and organizational records
  • Identify and resolve data issues and inconsistencies
  • Work closely with HR, Payroll, IT and other stakeholders
  • Support HR data migration and SAP SuccessFactors implementation activities
  • Participate in data validation, testing and data clean-up projects
  • Create and support HR reports, dashboards and analytics
  • Drive continuous improvements across HR systems and processes

Requirements

  • Experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, HR Data Management or a similar role
  • Good understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management
  • Experience maintaining and validating employee master data
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced Excel skills
