Job description
Depending on the assigned workstation, you will:
• Press Operation: Load carpet material into a press machine, where it is molded
and cut into vehicle headliners
• Assembly: Assemble automotive headliners by installing wiring, handles, and
other interior components according to production requirements
Working Schedule
• Three-shift operation (morning, afternoon, and night shifts)
• 7.5-hour shifts
• Weekly rotation between shifts
• Weekends off
Requirements
• Good English
• Living in Czech Republic, no relocation from abroad provided
We offer
Salary & Benefits
• Performance bonus: up to 10%
• Meal allowance: CZK 129 per shift
• 25 days of annual leave
• 13th salary
• Additional shift allowances:
o Afternoon shift: CZK 15/hour
o Night shift: 15% premium
o Overtime: 30% premium
• Full-time employment contract
