Overview

We are looking for a Communications Specialist for our client to craft and deliver engaging internal communications that bring transformation strategies to life, enhance employee engagement, and foster alignment across a global network of stakeholders.

Job description

  • Manage and optimize SharePoint communication sites and employee hubs
  • Create and distribute newsletters, announcements, and leadership communications
  • Develop engaging content for Viva Engage and other internal communication channels
  • Support communication campaigns, employee engagement initiatives, and change management activities
  • Track communication performance and recommend improvements based on analytics and feedback
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure clear and consistent messaging

Requirements

  • Background in internal or corporate communications
  • Experience with SharePoint content management
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
  • Ability to create engaging newsletters, email campaigns, and social content
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, including SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and PowerPoint
