Overview

For our client, a leading international company in the healthcare sector, we are looking for an EMEA Event Manager to support the planning and execution of educational, internal, and external events across Europe.

Job description

  • Coordinate end-to-end delivery of events across the EMEA region
  • Manage venues, travel, accommodation, catering, and external suppliers
  • Handle event registrations and participant communications
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Compliance, Finance, IT, and Education teams
  • Ensure smooth on-site event execution and resolve operational issues as they arise
  • Manage event budgets and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in event management and coordinating events from planning through execution
  • Experience from the healthcare industry is an advantage
  • Fluent English communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced international environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility to occasionally travel within Europe and work outside standard business hours
