Our client, a multinational company leading innovations in online retailing, cloud computing and digital streaming, is now looking for a team reinforcement for HR admin processes with superior organizational skills and experience in document processing.

Job description

  • Planning, executing, and coordinating mass communication campaigns across EU, ensuring candidates receive regular updates during the hiring process
  • Supervising automated campaigns by monitoring system logs and re-executing failed campaigns
  • Setting up and launching regular campaigns and processing ad hoc campaigns
  • Cooperation with the tech team regarding any issues and failures
  • Maintaining detailed records of all campaigns and customer communication history

Requirements

  • You are willing to take on a temporary fulltime role for 6 months
  • You have great communication skills
  • You are able to process mass communication in a timely and efficient manner
  • Fluent English is a must
  • Speaking any other European language is a plus
  • You are a confident user of Excel
  • Previous experience in HR administration, customer service or other similar roles is appreciated
