For our client we are currently looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Artwork / Regulatory Coordinator to join an international team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of product labeling and packaging materials, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders across global markets. Job description

  • Managing artwork processes using an Artwork Management System for new labeling or updates to existing materials, including preparation of mock-ups for regulatory submissions
  • Reviewing artwork (preferably in electronic tools) and coordinating final approvals with local teams according to agreed timelines
  • Monitoring and updating data in tracking systems to oversee implementation of packaging materials
  • Coordinating with Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Supply Chain, and packaging sites (internal and external) to meet Health Authority deadlines and minimize stock write-offs
  • Performing or coordinating quality checks (QC) of local product information
  • Communicating with local stakeholders throughout the artwork review and approval process

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Regulatory Affairs, Supply chain or Labeling
  • The position is also suitable for recent graduates in chemistry or pharmacy
  • Experience working in virtual teams or global organizations is welcomed
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions with limited supervision
  • Strong cultural awareness and ability to work in a multicultural environment
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Proficiency in English
  • Knowledge of Swedish or another Nordic language
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to deadlines
