We’re looking for an experienced SAP FI/CO Lead to join our client’s team, delivering complex ERP transformation projects across a variety of industries. In this role, you’ll combine your functional expertise with stakeholder management and consulting skills to design solutions that create real business value.
Job description
- Take ownership of the Finance domain during SAP S/4HANA implementation and transformation projects.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes and translate business needs into scalable SAP FI/CO solutions.
- Configure and optimize SAP Finance solutions in line with industry standards and Clean Core principles.
- Lead workshops, prepare functional specifications, and support solution design.
- Coordinate closely with technical teams, integration specialists, and business representatives throughout project delivery.
- Share your expertise by mentoring colleagues and contributing to the development of the SAP Finance practice.
- Support business development activities by participating in solution design and client presentations when needed.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working with SAP FI/CO in a consulting or project environment.
- Proven involvement in SAP S/4HANA projects, including at least 2 years of hands-on experience.
- Strong knowledge of Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), or both.
- Experience delivering full-cycle SAP implementation or transformation projects.
- Understanding of SAP integrations and overall solution architecture.
- Additional experience with Treasury, Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM), Central Finance, or other SAP Financials modules is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Czech or Slovak financial legislation, including VAT, Intrastat, and local accounting practices.
- Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within international project teams.
- University degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field is welcomed.
- Professional proficiency in English together with Czech or Slovak.
