Overview

Join a fast-moving logistics and technology environment where SAP plays a key role in keeping operations from turning into chaos. We are looking for a motivated SAP Consultant who enjoys solving technical problems, improving systems, and working closely with users and clients.

If you like combining technology, business processes, and real-world impact (instead of pretending ERP systems are “just background tools”), this role gives you space to take ownership, grow, and work on meaningful SAP projects.

Job description

  • Support daily operations of SAP TM and ensure stable system performance
  • Configure and implement SAP TM solutions based on business requirements
  • Participate in SAP TM implementation and enhancement projects
  • Support transportation planning, execution, and freight cost management processes
  • Troubleshoot technical and functional SAP TM issues
  • Test and validate new or changed SAP TM functionalities
  • Maintain and update technical and functional documentation
  • Collaborate with business users, logistics teams, and IT colleagues
  • Integrate SAP TM with other SAP modules (e.g., SD, EWM, S/4HANA) and external systems
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of transportation and logistics processes

Requirements

  • Degree in IT, Computer Science, Logistics, Business Systems, or related field
  • Experience or strong interest in SAP TM or similar SAP logistics modules
  • Understanding of transportation, logistics, or supply chain processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate technical topics clearly to non-technical users
  • English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Category B driving licence

Nice to Have

  • Experience with SAP integration scenarios or system landscapes
  • Knowledge of databases, APIs, or programming basics
  • SAP certification in TM or related modules
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes

We offer

  • Opportunity to work on real SAP TM projects with tangible business impact
  • Flexible working hours and home office options
  • Modern IT equipment (laptop, mobile phone)
  • Space for professional growth and SAP skill development
  • Involvement in international logistics and supply chain processes
  • Employee benefits package including meal allowance and corporate perks
  • Access to leisure and wellness facilities and discounted family benefits
  • A work environment where systems evolve constantly and nothing stays “final” for long
