As the Senior Payroll Analyst you will be responsible for:

– Participating in a global payroll project
– Driving payroll improvements for different countries
– Maintaining the operational effectiveness of payroll process
– Cooperating with other Payroll leaders
– Participating in evaluating and redesigning Payroll processes
– Cooperating with other teams within the company (HR, Tech teams, Finance, Accounting, and others)
– Working with different systems

Requirements

– 3+ years of experience in payroll processing
– fluency in English (C1)
– deep controllership / statutory compliance knowledge (tax, labour code, social security, garnishments, pension, benefits, terminations)
– advanced knowledge of MS Excel
– strong analytical skills
– attention to details
