Overview

As a Marketing & Communication Specialist within the PR, Communication & Marketing team, you are responsible for developing and executing strategic communication initiatives that enhance brand visibility and support business goals. Reporting to the PR & Marketing Manager, you manage a broad range of tasks across digital and external communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Strategy & Execution
  • Plan, develop, and execute social media strategies aligned with brand objectives, using platforms such as Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn Ad
  • Manager to reach and engage target audiences.
  • Content Planning & Creation
  • Develop and schedule engaging, on-brand content — primarily for social media — drawing from news updates, interviews, press releases, and internal initiatives.
  • Copywriting & Messaging
  • Write clear, effective copy for digital platforms and marketing materials, ensuring consistency in tone and message in English communications.
  • Brand Identity & Consistency
  • Safeguard the organisation’s visual and verbal brand identity across all touchpoints, including internal and external content.
  • External Communication & Media Relations
  • Support media outreach and public relations efforts by preparing content for press releases, coordinating with external partners, and ensuring consistent messaging to stakeholders, including customers, partners, shareholders, and the media.
  • Performance Monitoring
  • Track and analyse communication and campaign performance using relevant KPIs to optimize strategies and report results to the Marketing Manager.
  • Marketing Collateral Development
  • Create or coordinate the production of marketing assets using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Microsoft Office.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Contribute to company-wide communication efforts and collaborate with team members on event-related communication and promotional activities.

Requirements

o   University education (specific field not essential)

o   Suitable for recent graduates

o   Fluent English (ideally a native speaker, or — half native)

o   Experience with social media management tools (specified in more detail directly in the job description for each responsibility)

o   Experience with graphic design tools (more specified in the job description)

o   Empathy and communication skills

o   Copywriting (English sufficiency)
