Job description
- Review business partners, customers, distributors, suppliers, and consultants against global sanctions lists and prohibited entity lists
- Verify and analyze potential matches and distinguish between false positives and true matches using due diligence and public records
- Ensure timely screening during key stages of the process (onboarding, order placement, shipment release, and regular re-screening)
- Work with internal teams to verify data synchronization, maintain up-to-date screening tools, and provide approval status update
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in compliance or regulation (experience in the pharmaceutical industry/medical devices is an advantage)
- Knowledge of global sanctions regimes and screening tools
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Fluent English (other languages are an advantage)
