We are looking for an experienced Deputy Boutique Manager to join a prestigious luxury boutique located in the heart of Prague.
This role is ideal for someone who naturally combines strong leadership, exceptional client care and a genuine passion for high‑end retail.

Job description

  • Support the Boutique Manager in daily boutique operations and overall business performance
  • Lead, motivate and develop the team to deliver an exceptional client experience
  • Ensure premium standards of service, boutique presentation and clienteling
  • Build long‑term client relationships through personalised, high‑touch service
  • Oversee smooth store operations, including reporting, KPIs and procedures
  • Act as a true brand ambassador with professionalism, discretion and elegance

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of retail management experience
  • Proven team‑leadership and coaching skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Professional, polished and detail‑oriented approach
  • Fluent in Czech/Slovak and English
  • French or German is an advantage
  • A genuine passion for luxury retail and client experience
