Overview

We are looking for a Payroll Specialist to support payroll operations for UK employees. In this role, you will act as the main point of contact for payroll‑related queries, ensure accurate salary reconciliation, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and contribute to smooth payroll processing.

Job description

  • Support payroll operations for the UK region and handle payroll‑related questions
  • Act as a liaison between Payroll, HR, Finance and other teams
  • Serve as the point of contact for employees regarding payroll queries
  • Coordinate with the vendor to resolve discrepancies identified during validation
  • Support data collection and collaboration during audits
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and standardization

Requirements

  • Experience with UK payroll processing
  • Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks
  • Experience with payroll audits and reconciliations
  • Payroll and compliance knowledge and complex payroll calculations
  • English language
