Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Ethics & Compliance Operations Specialist to support our Ethics & Compliance (E&C) team across the EMEA region.

Job description

  • Support third-party due diligence processes for new and existing partners
  • Monitor compliance-related expenses, including travel, accommodation, sponsorships, and service contracts
  • Manage and follow up on tickets, open actions, and overdue items
  • Support users of the HCP Engagement Tool and act as a first point of contact for questions and issues
  • Deliver user training and provide practical guidance on compliance processes and systems
  • Create and maintain dashboards, trackers, and status reports
  • Identify process improvements and leverage AI and automation to increase efficiency
  • Escalate potential compliance risks or red flags to Compliance Officers

Requirements

  • Experience in compliance, finance, audit, risk management, legal operations, or a similar process-driven environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with systems, dashboards, reporting tools, and AI-enabled technologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in an international, cross-functional environment
