Our company operates as a Virtual Currency Exchange Operator, authorized under EU regulations, providing cryptocurrency exchange services in a secure, efficient, and customer-friendly environment. We serve a diverse clientele, including private customers and corporate clients.

Role Overview:
● Position: Director / Local Manager / Board Member (EU entity)
● Employment Type: Part-Time (approximately 5 hours per week)
● Location: Hybrid or Remote
Responsibilities:
● Act as a key representative of the company, serving as a Director or Local Manager for our local EU entity.
● Collaborate with the management board on various operational, compliance, and governance processes.
● Serve as a point of contact between the company and authorities, banks, and other stakeholders as needed.
● Learn and oversee the company’s compliance and operational frameworks.
● Ensure timely and accurate responses to inquiries from regulatory authorities and business partners.
● Support the management team in achieving compliance with applicable laws and regulations concerning cryptocurrency exchange services and payment systems.
● Facilitate smooth communication and coordination across departments to maintain regulatory and operational excellence.
Qualifications:
● Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
● A solution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
● Prior experience in administrative, regulatory, or compliance roles is an advantage.
● Understanding of financial regulations and cryptocurrency operations is preferred but not mandatory.
● Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
