We’re looking for a Data Analyst & BI Specialist to bring clarity, structure, and insight to sales performance across multiple European markets. This role sits at the intersection of data, business, and decision-making, helping sales teams move from gut feeling to fact-based steering.
Job description
- Turn scattered sales data into structured, reliable dashboards and reports
- Build and maintain KPI reporting that actually gets used
- Support forecasting, performance tracking, and ad-hoc analysis for sales teams across Europe
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities early, before they become “surprises” in reviews
- Provide insights that feed into business reviews, sales steering, and strategic planning
- Collaborate closely with local sales teams to ensure data reflects reality, not wishful thinking
- Continuously improve data quality, consistency, and transparency across markets
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in analytics, reporting, BI, or controlling, ideally in a sales-driven environment
- Strong understanding of sales KPIs, performance tracking, and how businesses actually operate
- Advanced Excel skills
- Hands-on experience with BI tools like Power BI, Qlik Sense, or similar
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or SAP C4C
- Bonus points for SQL, Python, R, or any modern analytics tools
- You think analytically but stay grounded in business reality
- You can turn complex data into clear, actionable insights people understand
- You’re comfortable working across teams and countries without losing your sanity
- You communicate clearly and know how to tell a story with data
