Job description

Your mission?

Develop and implement ETL processes pulling data from SAP and non-SAP systems into the data warehouse. You’ll identify key data sources, map them effectively, and design smart data models that support business needs. Work will be dynamic and collaborative, guided by Scrum and Agile methodologies. You’ll partner closely with business analysts, architects, and both internal and external BI/DWH consultants — all while having the freedom to bring your fresh ideas to the table.

Plus, the role offers occasional travel between company offices, giving you the chance to connect across teams.

What does success look like?

We’re not expecting perfection — but these skills and qualities will set you up for success:

  • Completed secondary or university education, ideally in a technical field
  • Proven experience as an ETL developer and analyst, with a strong grasp of data architecture beyond just DWH
  • Professional-level knowledge of SQL / T-SQL
  • At least 8 years in BI/DWH development and implementation, including architectural design
  • Strong analytical thinking skills
  • Comfortable reading technical documents in English and able to communicate effectively

Requirements

Bonus points if you:

  • Fluent speaking and writing in Czech and comfortable reading technical documents in English and able to communicate effectively
  • Have experience with SAP, SAP Data Services, MS Azure, or Python
  • Communicate clearly and effectively
  • Thrive both as a team player and when working independently
  • Are reliable, decisive, and motivated to learn
  • Don’t mind occasional travel
