We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented finance professional to join our team as Head of Accounting & Consolidation, reporting directly to the Group CFO.

Job description

In this role, you will take ownership of the group’s financial reporting and consolidation processes, playing a key role in delivering accurate financial information and ensuring compliance across multiple entities. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, is highly analytical, and thrives in a structured environment.

As a key finance leader, you will be responsible for end-to-end accounting and consolidation activities:

  • Prepare group consolidated financial statements and annual reports
  • Manage monthly consolidation across markets and holding entity
  • Deliver monthly financial reporting for BLG SRO
  • Act as the main contact for external auditors and support audits
  • Ensure accuracy, compliance, and data consistency
  • Handle management fee calculations and invoicing
  • Coordinate with the external accounting provider
  • Prepare documentation for tax audits and regulatory needs

Requirements

  • Proven experience in accounting, financial reporting, and consolidation
  • Strong knowledge of financial statements and group reporting
  • Advanced Excel skills (financial reporting heavily Excel-based)
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously
  • Fluent English and Czech (written & spoken)
