Job description

As a Junior IT Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting internal users with a wide range of IT-related requests and incidents, including:

  • Managing user accounts and access rights
  • Password resets and account administration
  • Supporting Microsoft 365 users and services
  • Active Directory administration
  • Troubleshooting software and hardware issues
  • Assisting with PC deployments and workstation setup
  • Supporting users through the ticketing system
  • Maintaining a high level of customer service and communication
  • Learning and supporting various internal business applications
  • Working Model:
    • Hybrid setup: 3 days home office / 2 days on-site
    • Location: Near Klatovy
    • Flexible working hours
    • Standard business hours only
    • No shift work
    • No night support
    • No on-call duties

You will work closely with local and global IT colleagues while gaining valuable experience in a modern service desk environment.

Requirements

  • Basic experience with Microsoft 365
  • Knowledge of Active Directory
  • Understanding of user account and access management
  • General IT troubleshooting skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Fluent Czech and communicative English

    Nice to have

  • Experience with a ticketing system (Freshdesk, ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
  • Experience deploying and configuring PCs
  • Basic German language skills
