Work model: On-site in Brno or remotely/work from home from anywhere in Czech Republic after 10 weeks

Employment type: Full-time or Part-time after 6 months

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Be a primary contact for customers of the airlines via incoming phone calls in German and English
Assist the customers with their reservations, cancellations, online check-in, guidance in terms and policies, and more
Register details of your conversations in a dedicated system
Provide timely and friendly resolution to customers’ enquiries while maintaining a high level of speed and quality to meet standard KPIs

REQUIREMENTS:

Fluent German (B2)  and fluent English (B2) language, both verbal and written
Willingness to relocate to Czech Republic or already residing there
Good computer skills
Optimistic, friendly, positive, stress-resilient personality, service-oriented profile
Ability to work in shifts, also night shifts, in a fast-paced environment
If you wish to work remotely, a fast and stable wired internet connection (at least 16/10 mbps) and a smartphone is necessary

OFFER:

Work from home is available in Czech Republic after the 10 weeks training, with a small financial support and occasional sponsored office visits
Paid startup training and professional development sessions
Full-time job with possibility of going part-time after 6 months, if the KPIs are met
Schedule pattern from Monday to Sunday known 2 weeks in advance, changing bi-weekly, with six 8,5 hours long shifts of work the first week, and 4 days the next week (consecutive), including night shifts
Relocation support with accommodation for the first 10 weeks, travel cost reimbursement and SIM card
Unlimited employment contract with 3 days of probation period
10 days of fully paid training
Meal allowance of 85 CZK net per day
Visa sponsorship

Language course contribution
22 working days of vacation after the 3 months of probation period, and 25 days after 3rd year
4 free consultations with a psychologist monthly
