For a major international project in the railway and industrial manufacturing sector, we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive SAP Logistics Administrator who will support logistics operations within SAP S/4HANA and help ensure the efficient execution of inbound and outbound logistics processes. If you have experience working with SAP, understand logistics processes, and enjoy collaborating with international teams in an English-speaking environment, we would be delighted to hear from you.

Job description

  • Execute logistics transactions in SAP S/4HANA, including Goods Receipt and Goods Issue processes
  • Ensure accurate and timely recording of logistics activities and material movements
  • Coordinate logistics operations with international teams and manufacturing partners
  • Support material flow in line with production requirements and schedules
  • Assist with inbound quality checks and verification of received materials
  • Use MS Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams as part of daily operations
  • Communicate effectively in English with internal and external stakeholders
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of logistics processes and operational efficiency

Requirements

  • Experience with or knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, preferably within logistics or supply chain operations
  • Fluent or communicative level of English (daily use in an international environment)
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams
  • Previous experience in a logistics, supply chain, or administrative role
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team
  • Proactive mindset and strong problem-solving abilities
