Overview

For our client located in Prague we are looking for a Senior I2C Representative to support both day-to-day Invoice to Cash activities and a business unit spin-off project. The role combines operational Accounts Receivable responsibilities with participation in the setup and transition of new legal entities, requiring close cooperation with Finance, Legal, Tax, Audit, and Customer Service teams.

Job description

  • Manage collections activities, customer accounts, reconciliations, and payment-related queries
  • Investigate and resolve disputes, deductions, and aged receivables
  • Prepare reports and support audit, SOX, and compliance requirements
  • Support the setup and testing of I2C processes within new legal entities
  • Participate in migration, cutover, and post go-live activities
  • Analyze legacy AR balances and coordinate resolution activities with key stakeholders

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Finance, Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Invoice to Cash, or Customer Service
  • Fluent English and proficiency in a second European language (Italian, Spanish, French and German)
  • Experience with collections, dispute management, reconciliations, or customer accounts
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
