For our valued client in the pharmaceutical industry, we are looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Talent Acquisition Partner to support early talent hiring across divisions. Job description
Manage end-to-end recruitment for Early Talent roles (internships, graduate programs, trainees), including sourcing, selection, interviews, and offer management.
Ensure a smooth candidate and stakeholder experience, preparing materials for hiring managers and facilitating selection discussions.
Drive employer branding and talent attraction activities in collaboration with Campus Team Lead, including participation in university events and social media promotion.
Collaborate with HR teams on onboarding and ensure data accuracy in hiring reports.
Stay informed about market trends and legal updates in graduate recruitment, and contribute to team projects and best practice sharing across EMEA.
Requirements
Fluent in English; German at least B1/B2 level.
Knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
Strong command of MS Office tools.
Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience, ideally in Early Talent.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and multitasking skills.
Detail-oriented with a diplomatic and proactive approach.
Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Willingness to travel for university events.
