Ready to lead the future of corporate treasury?

For one of our international clients, we are looking for a senior Treasury professional who enjoys connecting finance, systems, and technology. This is a key role for someone who wants to shape treasury architecture, drive integrations, and influence global financial processes in a modern, international environment.

You’ll take ownership of treasury systems, bank connectivity, and digital transformation initiatives, working closely with finance, IT, shared service centers, and external partners.

Job description

  • Lead and develop treasury systems and bank integrations (e.g. SWIFT, SAP, FIS Integrity)
  • Play a key role in ISO 20022 migration and related transformation projects
  • Optimize payment processes, liquidity reporting, and cash forecasting
  • Act as a bridge between Treasury, IT, SSCs, and banking partners
  • Identify and implement automation and digitalization opportunities, including AI-driven tools
  • Define, document, and improve treasury processes and controls
  • Train users and support adoption of new systems and solutions
  • Contribute to strategic treasury initiatives in an international setup

Working Model & Travel

  • Remote-friendly position
  • Occasional on-site presence in Ostrava (twice per month ideally)
  • Business trips to Munich approximately once every two months

Requirements

We are searching for a true senior expert who brings both hands-on experience and a strategic mindset:

  • 10+ years of experience in Corporate Treasury
  • Strong background in treasury systems, bank connectivity, and integrations
  • Solid knowledge of SAP and/or dedicated treasury management systems
  • Experience with SWIFT, ISO 20022, or SAP Cash Management is a strong advantage
  • FIS Integrity experience is a plus
  • Excellent analytical and process-oriented thinking
  • Ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams
  • Proven experience in international or complex corporate environments
  • Fluent English (no Czech needed)
