Overview
One of our major clients, a multinational company leading innovations in online retailing, cloud computing and digital streaming, is now looking for an interim third-party vendor manager to assist with third-party payroll vendor management in EMEA region. Job description
- Negotiating and executing contractual and commercial terms in partnership with other functions in EMEA region
- Responsibility for post-engagement vendor relationships including work order renewals, service level monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Leading service review meetings with vendors and Payroll Operations team, reviewing their performance and driving process improvements
- Supporting EMEA colleagues during escalations, priority projects, incidents, and change control activities
- Working on vendor processes for new expansion projects
- Leading projects driven by service quality, technology constraints, headcount growth, or process complexity
- Monitoring deliverables and performance metrics
Requirements
- Willingness to take on a time-limited interim role to cover for long-term absence for 7 months
- Multiple years of experience in vendor management, procurement, contract management, or third-party relationship management
- Experience with RFI/RFP processes and vendor assessment methodologies
- Strong negotiation skills with demonstrated experience executing complex commercial agreements
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under time-sensitive deadlines in a corporate environment
- Excellent MS Excel and MS Word skills and/or AI automation knowledge
