Remote Option: We are looking for candidates based in the Czech Republic, we offer a 100% remote work setup.

  • It’s a 12-hour night shift from 18:00-6:00
  • Night shift hours paid with a 25% bonus + 25 % bonus for weekend shifts

Job description

  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, and mobile devices on 1st level
  • Resolve software, hardware and device issues reported by the end users
  • Adhere to processes and update knowledge documents
  • Manage ticket backlog

Requirements

  • Fluent German and English (written and spoken) – must have
  • 1+ years’ experience in a similar position supporting a variety of technologies and services
  • You are comfortable working night shifts
  • Technical Experience: Windows OS (Windows 10 & 11), Microsoft Office & Office 365 applications, PCLaptop hardware, PCLaptop peripherals, including printers and mobile devices. Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange
  • Education: Background in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or Science or equivalent experience and/or certifications

While experience in IT support roles is preferred, we are also open to considering junior candidates who possess the required language skills.
