Job description
- Support sales teams with quoting, booking, and account data management in Salesforce.
- Troubleshoot system issues and guide users to resolve errors.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales Ops, Partner Ops, Order Management).
- Cleanse, enrich, and correct customer account data.
- Ensure compliance with booking and revenue recognition standards.
- Communicate with U.S. teams, especially during quarter/year-end periods.
- Work in North American time zones, requiring flexibility in working hours.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ.
- Background in Sales Operations, ideally in software or SaaS environments.
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Analytical thinking and ability to work under pressure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent practical experience.
- Flexibility during critical periods (month/quarter/year-end).
