We are looking for a Business Support Specialist to help support account executives for our client, a world market leader in enterprise application software. Job description
- Guiding deals through the quote-to-booking process by processing them in the CRM system
- Managing several deals across various processing stages, including contracting and ensuring required approvals
- Providing deal support to account executives in the assigned region
- Making sure sales opportunities are processed in a timely manner
- Processing business cases using Sales Tools like DocuSign, CPQ/VRM and SAP systems
Requirements
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Fluent English and French are a must
- At least 3 years experience in the field of business support, sales operations or sales support
- Experience with the quote to booking process is a plus
- Experience with CRM systems and SAP business application software is a plus
