Job description
- Manage end-to-end eRFX and lead commercial/contractual negotiations for Facility Management and Catering to secure competitive, future-proof agreements.
- Apply the global FM and Catering category strategy in close collaboration with stakeholders and aligned with overall business objectives.
- Manage suppliers and contracts end-to-end (onboarding, SLAs/KPIs, QBRs, risk mitigation, renewals, and change orders).
- Use market intelligence and commercial analysis (benchmarking, should-cost and TCO) to identify trends and value drivers, select fit-for-purpose contracting models, and support sourcing decisions across FM and Catering.
- Partner with business stakeholders and the sourcing excellence team to provide procurement/category input and align scope, schedule, budget, and risk for effective decision-making.
- Leverage data, analytics, and digital tools including AI‑driven innovations.
- Build and manage key vendor partnerships using SRM practices to drive innovation and long-term value
Requirements
- 5+ years of procurement experience, including the design and execution of complex, high‑value, multi‑market negotiations.
- University degree preferably in Real Estate Management, Supply Chain Management, or Procurement, or equivalent work experience.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken required, fluency in German preferred; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong background in Facility Management Procurement.
- Collaborative, problem-solving stakeholder partner who uses strong communication and negotiation skills to build relationships.
- Align diverse priorities across functions/geographies, and drive change with internal and external partners in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
- Leverage data, analytics, and digital tools (incl. procurement and P2P solutions such as SAP Ariba) to generate actionable insights and performance improvements.
