Job description

  • Manage the day-to-day Accounts Receivable portfolio and ensure timely cash collection.
  • Develop and implement payment solutions for clients while maintaining strong relationships.
  • Analyze and improve credit management controls and procedures.
  • Optimize collection strategies and resolve escalated issues efficiently.
  • Utilize process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) to enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and ensure service delivery meets agreed SLAs.

Requirements

  • Experience in Collection tasks or related fields (outbound sales, contact center, etc.).
  • Experience in credit control, collections, or finance-related processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in English (minimum CEFR B1 or equivalent).
  • Familiarity with process improvement tools and methodologies.
  • Ongoing or completed certifications in DGEM Tech technologies.
