Job description

  • manage and oversee vendor contracts and orders to ensure uninterrupted delivery of goods/services
  • create and modify service requests in the company’s SAP system
  • adhere to controls
  • research and analyze existing contracts
  • monitor and manage contract expiration
  • daily communication with vendor representatives to address issues related to the placement and modification of purchase orders and payment of invoices for work performed against these orders
  • provide support to the accounting department as needed
  • collaborate closely with the procurement department on contract renewal, awarding contracts, resolving contract disputes, and monitoring actions


  • English at a communicative level
  • experience with Microsoft Excel and using SAP
  • experience in working with vendors in developing countries
  • understanding of the local business environment and the role of government and regulatory authorities
  • good planning and communication skills
  • ability to work independently
